I have a real soft spot for Chile. We travelled there in 2016 and visited Santiago as well as the Atacama desert. We drove right up to the north and then crossed overland into Peru.
Chile is a breathtakingly beautiful country with great food and wine. In fact it’s easy to spend months travelling around Chile as a friend did on his sabbatical - there is so much to see.
I’m pretty short on time today so I’m just going to share some photos from our trip.
I’ll leave you with the fact that Chilean’s as reportedly the second largest consumers of bread in the world behind Germany.
